Main Purpose

Support the beer production process as per brewer instructions, from the entry of malt up to the connection of BBT to bottling.

Keep all equipment and production area clean and tidy Strictly follow safety rules and use recommended PPE.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Operate brewing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

• Complete all necessary records accurately and on time and record all irregularities in the logbook.

• Take respective samples as per the brewer's instruction.

• Handling of all waste as per Brewer's instructions.

• Perform all tasks in an efficient, safe, and productive manner.

• Use and keep all PPE clean and available when is necessary.

• Perform all CI P's, as per work instructions of the Brewer.

• Maintain inventory as needed. Report all low levels of inventory to your supervisor when necessary.

• Monitor gravities, temperatures, DO, and carbonations daily.

• Perform FV and BBT CIPs, while maintaining our quality-focused SOPs.

• Communicate regularly and efficiently with his peers to have a proper shift handover.

• Assist other departments when necessary, including but not limited to brewing, bottling, and QA/QC.

Job Requirements

• A BSc Degree in Food and Processing, Chemical engineering, or other related fields.

  • Excellent skills using MS Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.

  • Good time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work in teams and work under pressure.
