Job Description
The senior Customer Service Officer lead organizes and reviews the work of assigned staff. Independently perform the most difficult customer service duties. Interpret, explain, and enforce department policies and procedures. Operate and troubleshoot computer system and application problems.
Job Requirements
Education (Minimum): BA in Accounting, Business Management/ Management or a related field
Experience: 2 years of relevant banking experience
