Job Description
Waiters/waitresses supply guests with food and drinks as requested. Waiters/waitresses usually work in restaurants, bars and hotels. This involves the preparation of tables, serving food or beverages and taking payments.
Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
Presents menu, answers inquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to restaurant guests.
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
Job Requirements
Ideally with a relevant degree/diploma/certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 1 years work experience in related operations.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
COC Certification is mandatory requirement.
