Essential Functions

  • Provides IS system administration, customization, implementation and maintenance;

  • Implements solutions to registered problems and incidents according to relevant procedures and report to the concerned organ;

  • Checks and troubleshoots escalated cases to keep IS environment running in a timely manner and escalate unresolved issues to the responsible body;

  • Updates and installs firmware and software patches replace and upgrade hardware parts to maintain and support IS components;

  • Makes configuration and scripting on IS system;

  • Performs backup for IS systems according to the schedule;

  • Analyzes IS system errors and make the right type of preventive

Job Requirements

Qualification: B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or Information Science or Electrical and Computer Engineering or Information Technology and related.

 Experience: No prior experience is required.

 Only Graduates of the year 2021 & 2022

CGPA of 2.75 and above.
