Job Summary
- The Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition and On-Boarding implements the activities related to talent acquisition and on-boarding including participating in job design, recruitment, selection and orientation processes
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable university.
- Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources.
Experience
- At least five (5) years’ relevant, post-qualification experience in a similar role

- Knowledge and understanding of appropriate employment branding and marketing tools, methods and approaches; and ability to measure effectiveness and reach.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
- Proficient in the use of social media, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, CV databases and interview techniques
