Job Summary

  • The Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition and On-Boarding implements the activities related to talent acquisition and on-boarding including participating in job design, recruitment, selection and orientation processes

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Sciences or related discipline from a reputable university.
  • Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources.

Experience

  • At least five (5) years’ relevant, post-qualification experience in a similar role

Required Technical Competency

  • Technical experience in Human Resources and/or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of best and current HR practices and approaches.
  • Knowledge of various interview techniques and evaluation methods and how to maximize their use.
  • Knowledge and understanding of appropriate employment branding and marketing tools, methods and approaches; and ability to measure effectiveness and reach.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Proficient in the use of social media, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, CV databases and interview techniques
