Essential Functions
Maintain and update proper inventory master list of all assets of the Bank.
Conduct physical inventory count of the bank’s property and balance with the master list.
Reconcile the property master list against account records.
Prepare sequential tag list and coordinate the tagging process of assets.
Handle property insurance activities.
Administer acquired properties and compile ownership documents
Duty Station: Head Office
Qualifications
BA in Management, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
Experience
1 year experience in the banking industry on Property Administration area.
