Job Description

Purpose of the Job: The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible to assist organizations to formulate quality standards and regulations for employees and for the service rendered. He/she will be accountable for identifying inspection procedures and analyzing gathered data and planning accordingly to improve the quality of service. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all the legal standards are met and review thoroughly the existing policies and standards;

  • Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met;

  • Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends;

  • Assure the reliability and consistency of production and service delivery by checking processes and final output;

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that Products & services meet or exceed customer expectations;

  • Investigate root causes of defects and recommend solutions to prevent a recurrence

  • Plan, conduct, and monitor the test, and inspect the products to ensure their quality;

  • Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions to improve quality standards;

  • Monitor trends in customer complaints and feedback to identify areas for improvement;

  • Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance metrics, findings, and recommendations;

  • Make documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities all the time;

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to management;

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to quality issues.

Requirements

Academic qualification

  • BA in Hotel and Tourism Management

 Additional qualifications

  • Strong Coordinating and leadership skills;

  • Ability to undertake various tasks;

  • Excellent time management abilities;

  • Detail-oriented and commitment to customer service;

  • Good communication and negotiation skills;

  • Strong planning and organizational skills;

Years of experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a managerial role;

Salary: Negotiable

Work Place: Adama & Ziway

Mode of Employment: Permanent/Full time
