The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department to a high standard of cleanliness, observing all guidelines regarding infection control and local standards while assuring the highest degree of quality patient and visitor care

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BA Degree or equivalent  in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism management, or related field

• Total years of experience 4 years & above out of it 2 years in supervision Position

• Excellent knowledge of technical & practical skills accompanied by great customer service orientation, highly sensitive to cost, able to work under pressure with multiple tasks & workload, and acquire excellent leadership skills.

• High sense of integrity, confidentiality, and initiating sound judgment of management practices.

• An excellent team player, positive change manager, and result-oriented personality
