Job Description

The Tender Officer will be responsible for managing all the required tender bidding procedures. The Tendering Officer will also generate reports on all submitted tenders and their status by highlighting any actions and verifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc and in line with customer’s and/or company’s tender requirements

  • Assists in the tender process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out. Collates and checks documentation within the tendering and contract process. Ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
