Job Description
Under the general supervision of Social work supervisor, the receptionist-secretary is responsible to receive all clients direct services category and prepares preliminary documents and files client bio-data on the files for the services provided at the center, Performs secretarial services as required.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives and Responds to service users‘queries promptly and courteously.
Fills client bio-data on the file for the services provided at the center.
Directs service users to the correct destination or to the Multi Disciplinary Team (MDT) at the Center
Schedules appointments for service users and calls when the appliance is ready
Keeps reports of PwDs who received appliances on call
Handles secretarial duties for program work units
Maintains appointment in log book and electronically
Keeps up to date service users recording file
Enters client data/information in to the data base of patient management system (PMS)
Performs secretarial services and write draft and write letters
Assist in managing personnel files
Performs any other related duties as assigned to him/her by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification
Diploma/certificate in ICT, or secretarial science and office management or related fields
Experience
