Major Responsibilities

The account manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company income, and the account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. The key account manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Responsible for client relationships and projects of the assigned key accounts.

  • To build and improve relationships with the key clients.

  • To ensure good understanding of the key clients’ requirements and current market trend.

  • Explore for opportunity to achieve the sales targets.

  •  To deliver new sales into the key clients’ portfolio.

  • Serve as the project owner and operate all levels of projects successfully.

  • Lead and provide high contribution for hitting the sales targets.

  • Participate in the negotiation strategies and lead the negotiation process.

  • Maintain insight into competitors and able to provide targeted competitive solutions and formulate competitive strategies.

  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

  • Perform effective online and face to face demos to prospects.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • BA in Marketing / Business and Economics and other related fields

  • 4/2 Years of experience

  • Strong Stakeholder building and relationship management.

 Required core competency:

  • Proficient with company productivity and web presentation tools

  • Deeply understand the telecommunication industry and identify clients’ opportunities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Strong Key Account Management, able to handle everything in fingertips

  • Strong people skills and relationship building (Important)

  • Prefer those handling major clients profile.

  • Have experience in B2B as well as B2C project.

  • Have tendering and bidding skills.

  • Have product knowledge in household router products.

  • Able to work in multicultural and fast changing environment.

  •  Positive attitude, independent, self-driven, self-motivated and good coordination skills.
