Job Description

HR Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training and development, performance monitoring, and ensuring policies and procedures are being implemented by outsourced staff. In addition, the position holder is responsible for the administration of insurance and being the point of contact for the outsourced staff.

Major Responsibilities

  • Handle Client Communication being the focal person representing Company

  • Handle Employee Communication (Engagement)

  • Assist the company with client Recruitment

  • Plan, conduct, and assist in Training and Development sessions

  • Manage Performance Appraisal

  • Conduct periodical HR audit

  • Facilitating employee transfer 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication with Client HR management

  • Communication with Client finance management

  • Conducting periodical meetings with the team

  • Participating in their meetings

  • Understanding the challenges and formulating solutions

  • Formulating committee

  • Preparing assessments as per Client’s request

  • Conducting Interviews

  • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding from the client and to Company

  • Preparing training as per the client’s request

  • Preparing a satisfaction survey for the client

  • Continuous follow-ups

  • Conducting periodical performance appraisal and evaluation.

  • Ensuring proper documentation

  • Follow-up on performance-related issues 

  • Make sure documents are maintained and are up to date

  • Tracking employee contracts, expiry, and renewals

  • Tracking corporate contract

  • Make sure terms and conditions are implemented

  • Making sure proper procedure is being followed while transferring employees from Client to the Client

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • BA in Management, Business administration, Human resources Management

  • Two- three years in human resources Management, Business administration or related field and/or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in brewery manufacturing company 

Skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent Computer skills

  • Good time-management skills

  • Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking

  • Positive and personable demeanor

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed

  • Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements and needs are met first
