Key Roles and Responsibilities 

• Strategically plan and manage the department’s overall activities

• Supervise, coach, and train the department’s workforce

• Mediate and negotiate with customers, partners, and service providers 

• Develop, maintain and supervise accountability systems for services and contracts management 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics plan

• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency 

• Design and implement strategies to expand logistics and transport business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field 

• A minimum of 5 years’ work experience, 2+ year experience leading or supervising a team 

• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management 

• Proven analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities

• Good verbal and written communication skills
