Essential Function

• Maintains records and documents required for the efficient operation of the store;

• Checking receiving and issuing forms as per given guidelines and instructions; prepares receiving and issue vouchers and posts same on bin cards;

• Checks and verifies the completeness and accuracy of requisitions; records and issues to individuals or offices concerned duly signed by authorized Person; keeps records and files in appropriate places with due care;

• Follow up the sufficient stock of materials is maintained at all times;

• Follow-up in ensuring that stock items are protected from dirt, damage, fire and theft;

• Checking collecting of issue vouchers, receiving  vouchers  & other related documents from requesting organs and supervisors;

• Prepares and submits periodic reports on the activities of the warehouse; and

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BA in Procurement and Supply Management or related field

Experience

• 1 years relevant experience preferably in the banking industry.
