We invite qualified applicants for the position of Fintech operations expert at one of our clients Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC.
The Fintech operations expert should
Have at least 10 years of operating experience in the Fintech field and take up mid- and high-level leadership positions in well-known Fintech and financial companies in the industry.
Have strong influence in the industry and be able to use his influence to help build the Fintech industry and developer ecosystem.
Have strong high-level customer dialogue capabilities and be able to guide customers and support them in achieving business success.
Professional Knowledge
Have professional knowledge in the Fintech field, proficient in financial payment products, and industry operation knowledge.
Have good communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, and ability to find, analyze and solve problems. Strong sense of responsibility and active working attitude
Business Skills
Strong communication and coordination skills, analysis and problem solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility.
Be familiar with the financial and mobile payment markets in Africa or Ethiopia. Have market acumen. Have a clear understanding of the status quo, scale, business, products, profit models, and laws and regulations of banks and small lenders.
English can be used as the working language.

Job Requirements
Qualification
Minimum score requirements for the standard exam on a particular skill, for example, scoring at least 60 points in C++ programming basis
Other Requirements
Requirements for professional title, for example, PMP, Cisco Career Certifications, CPA, and more
Experience
At least 10 years of working experience in banking/Fintech, working in mid and high-level positions in well-known financial and mobile payment companies such as M-pesa, Bank of Africa, and KBZ, and working in product, market expansion, and operations.
