We are looking for highly diligent candidates with excellent attention to detail for the role of Shift Quality Controller. Shift quality Controllers are responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal production processes, examining products to determine their quality, engaging with customers, and gathering product feedback, among other duties.

Job responsibilities

• Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.

• Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.

• Create reports to track progress.

•  Formulate strategies to increase productivity.

• Review processes in order to ensure that tasks are aligned with current trends.

• Understanding and assessing customer expectations of needs from a product.

• Developing quality control processes.

• Designing product specifications.

• Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.

• Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.

• Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.

• Producing statistical reports on quality standards.

• Improving production efficiency and managing waste

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BA Degree in chemical engineering or relevant field of study. and 3 years Direct Experience in FMG Company, as Shift Quality Controller.

Required Skills

• Quality control certification advantageous

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Data analysis and statistical aptitude.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Highly conscientious and diligent.
