On behalf of one of its client, The Talent Firm is recruiting for the position of Finance Manager. The employer is a renowned Tech firm and IT solutions provider in Ethiopia, managing large scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Developing financial plans to help the company achieve long term and short-term financial goals

• Analyzing financial data received from the company to develop strategies for meeting the company financial goals

• Determining ERP needs of clients via consultation, business process analysis, and observations.

• Involving in a tax authority, customs commission and tax appeal

• Responsible for clarifying financial and tax aspects of any complain.

• Team management

Job Requirements

Education

• MBA/MSC in Finance/Accounting, Business Management, Administration or related fields and Certified & experienced with international financial report standards (IFRS)

Experience

• 6 years of experience ,out of which at least 2 years in managerial and project finance

Technical skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English (speaking, reading and writing, team management skill, time-management skills
