Job Description
The Business Process & Improvement Manager shall support the business, evaluating, planning, and implementing improvements in business processes and practices. He/she is also responsible to team building and group facilitation, and workflow & procedure and control their implementation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible to manage and implement business process improvement.
Review and customize the group policy for the business entity.
Manage IFRS implementation project, Provide management with IFRS project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives.
Developed procedures and work instruction in line with group policy.
Support ERP system functional improvements.
Coordinate and manage the development of audit and internal control procedure.
Identify, plan and implement projects to improve business process and increase efficiency, avoid redundancy of tasks.
Identify the end -to-end business process to improve by automating or finding the efficient way of doing or controlling.
Review Training manual for the business process and follow users training.
Perform other duties when assigned.
B.A. Degree in Accounting/Finance,
Minimum of 10 years’ financial management/reporting, Business process development, Project implementation, in manufacturing industry.
Training & Practical experience in Accounting Software/ERP preferably AX Dynamics.
Strong experience in financial process, reporting and control improvements
