Our company Shints ETP Garment needs to hire Senior

EM/EX fulfill the following criteria;

• Maintain International Air Transportation Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations, Live Animal Regulations, Airport Handling and The Air Cargo Tariff (TACT) Manuals

• Assist in ensuring that the campus is compliant with all import and export control laws and regulations and related government requirements

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) resource on both US and Foreign regulations pertaining to the import and export of cargo

• Gather, manage, audit, and maintain files of all necessary import documentation and information for US Customs clearance that includes, but not limited to commercial invoices, packing lists, and AWBs

• Track the location of shipment of goods

• Ensure current HTS classifications, ECCN and country of origin information

• Oversee the receipt and dispersal of materials entering or leaving warehouse stores

• Ensures that all exports are documented correctly. provide applicable export documentation needed by each country of destination

Job Requirements

• Education: BA Degree Economics, Logistics, Management, accounting or related fields

• Has experience 2 years and above in EM/EX   and related field

• Knowledge of basic computer software applications is required

• Required Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, V-Look up), Microsoft Word

• Work closely with Freight Forwarders and Production team to arrange for transportation of international inbound shipments

• Understanding of receiving process, discrepancy handling, and inventory control

• Good writing skills with previous experience in creating and reviewing contracts and other export documents

• An assertive personality with excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills while working with direct reports
