Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare job offer letters, employment contracts and ensure that all staff filled out the required forms for employment

• responsible in preparing office space, computers and other relevant equipment’s before the arrival of the new staff

• Conduct reference check 

• Provide orientation on HR policies & procedures

• Work with supervisors in setting up individual orientation program for all newly hired staff

• Ensure all staff has specific roles and received performance evaluation as per the timeline

• Create staff database and keep track of all relevant information

• Maintain updated & secured staff information and personnel files

• Keeps and updates staff leave records 

• Ensure all staff has specific roles and received JD and attached on their file

• Proper documentation of performance evaluation results

• Monitor employee attendance with the department manager

• Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exits interviews. 

• Perform other duties as per the instruction of department manager

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BA Degree in Business Management /Administrative Service Management

• At least 2 years’ experience in HR 

• Good communication and Organizational skill

• Energetic and passionate to learn more

• Ability to multitask & committed to deadlines
