Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare job offer letters, employment contracts and ensure that all staff filled out the required forms for employment
responsible in preparing office space, computers and other relevant equipment’s before the arrival of the new staff
Conduct reference check
Provide orientation on HR policies & procedures
Work with supervisors in setting up individual orientation program for all newly hired staff
Ensure all staff has specific roles and received performance evaluation as per the timeline
Create staff database and keep track of all relevant information
Maintain updated & secured staff information and personnel files
Keeps and updates staff leave records
Ensure all staff has specific roles and received JD and attached on their file
Proper documentation of performance evaluation results
Monitor employee attendance with the department manager
Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exits interviews.
Perform other duties as per the instruction of department manager
Job Requirements
Qualification
BA Degree in Business Management /Administrative Service Management
At least 2 years’ experience in HR
Good communication and Organizational skill
Energetic and passionate to learn more
Ability to multitask & committed to deadlines
