Essential Functions
Participate in the development of product-related strategies, action plans, and procedures;
Conduct new product development and assessments of modifying of existing;
Conduct periodical assessments on Amhara Bank’s products and services level of success in addressing needs of customers;
Perform feasibility and sustainability studies for existing and new products;
Conduct market and need assessment to identify potential areas for the development of new financial products, and revisiting existing products;
Coordinate and follow up new product pilot tests;
Conduct market and need assessment to identify potential areas for the development of new financial products, and revisiting existing products;
Conduct the market and trends of alternative channels usage to understand customer preference that help the Bank to improve its services;
Duty Station: Head Office
Job Requirements
Qualifications
BA in Economics, Management and Business Administration or related field,
Experience
5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as Product Development Officer or related.
