Essential Functions

• Take part in the preparation of the bank’s strategic and annual plan and budget documents;

• Contributes in the designing of various planning methodologies, guidelines and formats;

• Under the supervision of Strategy Division Manager, prepare monthly and quarterly corporate progress reports and draft recommendations to capitalize on strengths and opportunities, close up devotions and work on limitations;

• Undertakes a comprehensive environmental assessment as a basis for annual and strategic plan preparation;

• Evaluates periodically the internal factors influencing the bank’s existing and future business endeavors;

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• BA in Economics, Management and Business Administration or related field,

Experience

• 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which 2 years as Strategy Officer, experience in strategic planning, change management and is more preferable.
