Job Description
Branch Cash Supervisor prepares all money orders and traveler's checks and maintains a neat and clean teller area at all times according to bank policy and trains all employees for same. Provide optimal customer services and prepare all sales paperwork for the branch within the timeframe and resolve all customer inquiries associated with billing issues.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
Experience: 5 years of experience in branch operations in the banking industry, of which at least 1 year as Cashier or Senior Customer Service Officer.
