Job Description
Butchers order, inspect and buy meat to prepare it and sell it as consumable meat products. They perform activities such as cutting, trimming, boning, tying, and grinding beef, pork, and poultry meat. They prepare those mentioned sorts of meat for consumption.
Level 3 and above in Kitchen operation or similar field/COC Certificate is mandatory/
3 years’ experience on a similar Position
Efficient strength he should be ready to stand for a long time and execute this job.
Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule
Experience in multi-tasking
Excellent personal hygiene: The butcher should be able to keep themselves and the meat preparation bench hygienic and clean to ensure that meats are safe for consumption
Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.
Cuts meats and puts them into good arrangement for easy identification and selection by chef & Knowledge of meat preparation techniques
Make arrangements for delivery of orders for outlets, received from supplier
He should have good energy level to keep up with the demands of the job.
