Hotel reservations agents are the face of a hotel’s brand. They interact with guests on a daily basis, helping them to book rooms and providing information about local attractions and services.

Job Requirements

• BA/ Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management, Hotel Operation, Management or any related filed.

• Having two and more than years’ demonstrated hands on work experience in guest facing work environment (4*5*)

• Excellent skill in computer usage, working experience in outlook and email handling

• Good Command of English and knowing other language is advantageous

• Very good interpersonal communication skill
