PhD or Master’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, Facilities Management, Logistics & Supply Chain, Civil Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 4 years in a leadership role. Duties and Responsibilities - Assist in managing and coordinating general support services, including facilities and administrative support. - Support in ensuring a safe and conducive working environment for all the NEBE staff. - Support in overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources for operational needs. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural economics, Agriculture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensures verification of existence of clients and credit worthiness of their business - Coordinate and supervise the operation of the branch, - Decides on all operational & financial issues within the framework of existing regulations and management decisions;

Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics, Social Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop Project Plans; maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. - Contribute to technical excellence at the consortium by being an active member of the technical working lab assigned.    - Provide technical assistance to project implementation to foster continuous improvement in quality in both programmatic and operational performance.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Development Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience  Duties & Responsibilities: - Facilitate the establishment, training, and strengthening of Village Savings and Loan Associations (VSLAs), cooperatives, and other community-based financial groups. - Promote the participation of rural young women in financial inclusion initiatives. - Facilitate market linkages and partnerships to improve access to financial products and services.
