Job Description

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of excellent Customer service to all external and internal customers. You are also responsible for the provision of accurate and efficient secretarial, clerical, cashier, reception, records, administration, and backfilling support.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: BA degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business, Administration, or related field of study.

  • Work experience: A minimum of 1 year relevant work experience in the Banking industry

  •  Workplace: East and West Hararge District Offices

  •  Required number: 30(thirty)

  • The ability to listen, Speak, Read & write ‘Afaan Oromo. English and Amharic Languages are Mandatory.
