Quality assurance specialists are responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company's final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels

• Developing and implementing standards for inspection

• Developing a workflow for product inspection

• Developing plans to help a company manage waste

• Communicating with other team members to solve problems

• Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found

• Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes

Job Requirements

Education:

• BA Degree  in Textile or related fields

• Has experience 1 years and above in Quality Assurance (QA)and related field

• Knowledge of basic computer software applications is required

• A keen eye for detail

• Communication skills

• Computer literacy

• Database management

• The ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections

• The ability to closely follow quality standards

• Decision-making skills while working with direct reports
