Essential Function

• Facilitate and coordinate maintenance and installation of electrical office equipment, fixtures, and appliances (Telephone lines, fax machines, photocopy machines, electric lines)

• Inspects periodically electrical equipment of the bank which needs repair works

• Receives electrical maintenance requests of Head office and Branches

• Fills out purchase requisitions for materials and fixtures to be purchased or supplied to undertake the necessary repair works

• Ensures that all electrical maintenance and installations done to the required standards and that material are used properly and economically

• Advises supervisor and evaluates maintenance and repair works which have to be carried out by an outside source

• Prepares estimates of materials and labor costs for maintenance and repair works to be done by outside sources and seeks approval from supervisor before an assignment started

• Prepares and submits periodical reports pertaining to maintenance and installation works

• Follows up installation works done by external sources are completed timely

• Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirement

BA/Diploma (Level 4) in Auto Mechanic/Office equipment maintenance/ and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience as a Generator Technician in banking industry,
