Job Description
A service manager manages the service department team and handles customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. The service manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers and third-party vendors and ensures repeat customers.
Qualification -
BA Degree in Management, Human resource, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience -
A minimum of 2 (Two) years relevant experience preferably in manufacturing industry.
Required Skill -
Computer literacy and working knowledge of Ms- Word, Excel, & other skills
