MEPO Contracting & Management Services PLC is a member Company of MIDROC INVESTMENT GROUP and established in December 2008 by the renowned investor Sheik Mohammed H. Ali Al-Amoudi. The Company has been engaged in the supply of construction materials, rental of construction equipment & construction of buildings.

We invite qualified applicant for the following vacant position:

Summary of Duty & Responsibility:

Property Manager is responsible for organize and monitor all materials and stores in a Company. And also responsible to supervise store system, management and undertake a study to improve the system.   Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store movement, increase quality service, and create store policies maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.

Duties & Responsibility:

  • Depending and amend store management manual, and participate in preparation of business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.

  • Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances)

  • Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results and maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

  • Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.

  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.

  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.

  • Evaluate monthly reports of materials receive, transfer, issued and returned.

  • Inspect and evaluate regularly the condition of stock in Warehouse records and make a visit to all Stores.

  • Rearrange all stores in a good and appropriate arrangement to help easy access and movement.

  • Prepare/update all formats for smooth flow of the work

  • Transfer all Store Manpower in periodical bases for Store security purpose.

  • Follow-up the performance of suppliers and sub-contractors, and persuade them to deliver and/or accomplish the material and services timely as per the settled specification and terms of contract.

  • Supervise the clearing, transportation and receipt of materials in proper order at agreed delivery period.

  • Create and develop good working relationship with customs, Bank, Insurance, Sales Agents etc.

  • Follows up the proper loading of insurance claims for any damage, loss short loading.

  • Attends to and resolves complaints on any materials or service requested; gives due emphasis to major inputs, such as fuel lubricants, spare parts etc.

  • Participate and perform a leading role on yearly inventory count.

  • Checks inventory of stock, both new and used, before processing new purchases.

  • Prepares and submit periodic report on materials and services provided and problems encountered.

  • Ensure that receiving, storing, packing and inventory controlling

  • Performs other duties whenever assigned by the Director, Human Resource, Procurement & Property Mgt.

Job Requirements

Education :

  • B.A. Degree in Store and Supply Management, Economics, Accounting & other related or equivalent field of studies.  

 Work Experience :

  •  7 years’ experience and working as Property Manger 2 years.

Computer Literate:

  • Excel and word knowledgeable

Language:

  • Good English communication skills both written and spoken.
