Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Converts the checklists for the on-boarding of a new client into action plan

  • Activities on the action plan are on track (no delays, rather ahead of schedule)

  • The reporting qualities are up to  internal expectations and the standards as required by the client (timely, completeness, no rework)

  • Proper documentation of reports, data, minutes, directives , etc. pertinent to operational activities (soft and hard copies)

  • Avoid undue wastes (related to hiring, termination)

  • The demands and requests of the client are received and implemented correctly

  • Escalates and calls for corrective actions when activities lag behind schedule

  • Analyses business feasibility at client and contract level

  • Monitors compliance to the obligations under contracts

  • Coordinates the resolution of complaints from the client (or staffs serving the client)

  • Checks incoming and outgoing reports for correctness and completeness

  • Contribution to the continuous operational improvements   

  • Contribution to business continuity (retention of clients, promotion of company image, attraction of new clients etc.)

Benefits

  • Salary 40,183.00

  • Position Allowance 2,000.00 &

  • Transport Allowance 2,000.00 

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skill required

  • Bachelor Degree in Management or related business field and 7+ years of experience in relevant profession.

  • Experience working in a cross-cultural setting, preferable in a support role.

  • Able to oversee multiple tasks, prioritizing and delegating as required.

  • Good inter-personal and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent English and Amharic  communication skills

  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management

  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
