Job Description
The Safety, Health, and Environment Department Manager provides support for the creation and implementation of a healthy and safe working environment by formulating safety policies &procedures. He/she makes sure the workplace & company compound are safe, hygienic, and healthy.
Master’s degree in Occupational Safety/ Environment Science or related fields with ten (10) years of demonstrated experience out of which five (5) years in a managerial position or Bachelor’s degree in or related fields with 12 years of demonstrated experience of six (6) years in a supervisory position in similar FMCG industries.

Demonstrated leadership skills
Have in-depth knowledge and practice of Health , Safety and Environmental issues
Understanding safety polices and regulations and Procedures
Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills
The capacity to convince and influence employees
