Job Description
A Project Manager has to plan and develop the project idea. They need to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage money, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.
Prepares and get approval of project budget requests in line with the approved action plans for procuring of locally produced, manufactured materials.
Checking/preparation, presentation and recording of sub contract payments (supply and fix, labor only & bill items work) executed on projects periodically.
Collect and summarize budget requests prepared by finance department from all concerned support departments and engineering department in relation to the procurement of goods and services for projects in relation to the construction works.
Undertake the preparation of Project Master/Revised Work Schedule. Follow up and checking of the preparation of action plan of projects
Job Requirements
Field of Study:- Civil Engineering/COTEM or related fields
Field Qualification:- Msc/ Bsc Degree or above
Work Experience:- 4/6 years or above related work experience
