BA/ Diploma/ Degree in Front Office or Hotel Management or any related filed.
Having two and more than years’ work experience in an international Hotel (4*5*) by reservation supervisor or reservation agent
The successful candidate is likely to have a passion for customer service

Ability to work with OPERA systems and applications like spreadsheets, databases, work processing, Expedia, Booking engine,
Detail Knowledge on online travel agent (OTA’S)
