• Involve  in the development /revision  and implementation of the District Office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy;

•  Develop and follow-up the district/branch  targets and monitor performances accordingly;

• Assess and recommend potential areas for branch expansion;

• Plan, support ,coordinate , and follow up new branch opening activity;

• Provide  verified information to all enquiries by external bodies such as Police, Court, NBE, National Intelligence Center, etc.;

• Follow-up proper implementation of policies, procedures and instructions as well as adherence to directives and other regulations

Job Requirements

Qualification

• BA degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field,

Experience

• 8 years of relevant Banking experience, of which at least two (2) years at supervisory position
