Job Description
Essential Functions
Ensure new branch opening activity is with prospective returns and operational as per the schedule;
Develop performance targets for Branches within the district’s domain;
Monitor and follow-up proper implementation of policies, procedures and instructions as well as adherence to directives and other regulations.
Follow up the settlement of overdue loans and ensure appropriate actions are taken timely against defaulters;
Prepares a program for the progressive expansion of banks network of branches and setup of newly opened ones;
Cascade the Retail and SME strategy in to the district with consideration of district’s dynamics;
Ensure the compilation of relevant information/ performance scorecard of branches/ district’s office
Continuously analyses the district’s market to identify changing trends and adapt the strategy accordingly;
Actively participate in district’s community organizations and activities to enhance the Bank’s image/brand and develop additional business and referral sources;

Job Requirements
Qualification
MBA/BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related field
Experience
8 years of relevant Banking experience, of which three 2 years in Supervisory or Head position.
