RSDPLC is launching its electrifying Future Leadership Program and is currently seeking a Future Leadership Trainee to participate in an extensive, 24-month, well-structured training program designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. The Future Leadership Trainee program combines a series of rotations in various sub divisions of finance and training opportunities, with the purpose of preparing you for a leadership role in the area that maximizes your strengths, ambitions and aspirations.

Partner with key mentors throughout program.
Maintains focus on safety in the workplace by complying with company safety procedures and practices.
Complete in-depth training modules to help you better understand our practices and selling philosophies.

Execute other tasks as assigned by the mentor.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or related field of studs
CGPA: Above 3.00
2022 Potential graduates / 2020/2021 graduates can also apply
Skill:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluency in English Language
Good organizational and time management skills
Goal oriented and self-motivated
Strong leadership potential
