Job Description
We are a finishing and interior design company looking for an architect with the following competencies.
Academic Background: -
BSc in Architecture
Required software skills: - CANDIDATES should have good working knowledge of the following software’s
3DsMax _ V-ray rendering, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop _ Post production
Experience: -must have a 5 year and above on interior design is mandatory
REQUIRED SKILL
Candidates should be self-sufficient and work independently.
Candidates should be able to prepare bill of quantities for the design works to determine basic cost of the projects and prepare preliminary execution schedule for the construction
Candidates should be able to produce 3D models, working drawings, specifications, illustrations, animations and other tasks as delegated by the company.
Candidates should have a good experience on space planning, interior design & presentation, etc...
Candidates are also required to have working knowledge on Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines to prepare detail drawings as well as working drawings.
Candidates should have adequate knowledge of building materials which will be used for architectural and interior design works
Candidates should Manage project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals
