Main Responsibilities

Oversee and Coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

·         Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.

·         Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assure in quality of goods.

·         Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance.

·         Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.

·         Ensure shipments and inventory transaction accuracy

·         Communicate job expectations and coach employees.

·         Determine staffing levels and assign workload.

·         Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.

·         Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.

·         Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

·         Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.

·         Maintain high-level integrity and discipline.

Undertake tasks assigned by the immediate line manager.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience and Key Skills

·         BA/B.Sc. in a business-related field of study.

·         Minimum of two years of proven experience as a warehouse supervisor.

·         Highly effective supervisory skills.

·         Knowledge of warehouse ERP system and MS Office proficiency.

·         Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

·         Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.

·         Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

·         Problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

Required Differentiating Competencies 

·         Experience/fluent with company resource management system (ERP/SAP)

·         Emotional intelligence.

·         Detail Oriented

·         Excellent Customer Handling skill
