Job Description
- Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods and materials.
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner and that project requirements are met.
- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. - Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
- Performing cost estimates for projects to determine project feasibility, budget needs, and prices of materials
- Developing specifications for materials used in projects based on research into available materials
- Conducting field surveys to gather data about existing conditions of the project.
- Prepare as built designs for projects
- Prepare 2D & 3D designs for different Projects
-Prepare project task breakdown.
- Prepare shop drawing
- Prepare cost breakdown, BOQ, and contract document.
- Able to inspect the site and prepare a detailed site survey report.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering/Architecture and related fields.
- In-depth understanding of AutoCAD, ARCHICAD, Sketch-up & Rendering software.
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. - Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
