Job Description
We are looking for a friendly Sales Representative to assist customers in our store. The salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the store, and ringing up purchases.
To be successful as a salesperson you must have excellent communication skills. A good salesperson meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers.
Greet and Direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Help customers find items in the store.
Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
Provide customers with information about items.
Ring up purchases.
Elevate complaints to management.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Requirements
BA degree or college diploma in marketing or a business related field
1 year sales experience. Working in the electronics field is a preferred.
Ability to work in any area of A.A
Language: Fluent in Amharic and Advanced level English is a plus
