External Vacancy Announcement No. ABa/EVA100/22
Essential Function
Develop and/or revise Asset Liability and operational risk management framework of the Bank including setting limits and targets; and monitor compliance with the established credit risk appetite/limits;
Develop Asset Liability and operational risk management policies, procedures/guidelines, program and plan of the Bank;
Identify, assess, measure and monitor potential risks related to Asset Liability and operational risk of the Bank;
Evaluate the adequacy of the Bank’s capital to absorb market and operational risk;
Review/conduct stress testing and assess the Bank’s capacity to manage stressful situations;
Provide operational risk management training/workshops and enhance the awareness of the Bank’s employees;
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
BA in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Marketing, Management, Any other related fields
Experience
3/Three years of relevant experience in the banking industry of which 1 year as junior Asset Liability & Operational Risk Officer.
