Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Quality Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities:  - Co-create and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance Framework, including standardized checklists, rubrics, and audit protocols for in-person workshops and digital modules.  - Develop clear SOPs for QA activities—trainer observations, peer reviews, and self-assessments—and integrate them into the program rollout plan.  - Conduct regular field visits and remote audits of regional training sessions to assess adherence to curriculum design, facilitation best practices, and logistical standards. 

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Facilitate the establishment/maintenance of an effective coordination system of service provision at the site level, across PAD Area of Responsibility (AoR) sites. - Coordinate and help design required assessments at the site/relevant geographic level, aimed at collecting information on services available, population needs, and composition. - In close coordination with the CCCM data clerks and Country Office CCCM coordinator, maintain the Adwa and Tahtay Adyabo AoR CCCM information management systems, observing sector guidelines including sex- and age-disaggregation requirements. Share information with all relevant stakeholders in a manner that upholds the principle of data protection and confidentiality

BA Degree in Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure all office infrastructures are appropriate, safe and functioning (i.e. security system, health and safety, communications, etc.) - Oversee all aspects of office maintenance and cleanliness. - In conjunction with the DRC safety team, ensure safety and security issues for the general security of the office.

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Statistics, Development Studies, M&E or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the development of MEAL components of project proposals, including the development of MEAL plans and Detailed Implementation Plans (DIP) will be developed in close collaboration with program teams and will be used to populate CAAP’s Performance Monitoring Tracker (PMT), which will be used by the program and MEAL teams to provide monthly updates and analysis of progress against indicators. - Ensures all the required program data are captured using database /system, tools and formats developed for the purpose and maintained in the Project database, including data related with surveys /assessments and operations research. 

MA or BA Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Community Development, Social Science, Development Studies and Humanitarian Studies, Social Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years on a senior level experience or demonstrated equivalent combination.

Diploma in Gender Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, International Development, Cultural Studies, Human Rights, International Social Work, Social Science, Political Science, Anthropology, Law, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Understands and puts into practice the responsibilities under Safeguarding and GEI policies and Plan International’s Code of Conduct (CoC), ensuring that concerns are reported and managed in accordance with the appropriate procedures. - Ensures that the team members under supervision are properly inducted on and understands their role in upholding Plan International’s safeguarding and GEI policies - Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in day-to-day work.
