Job Description
Compliance Coordinator is responsible for drive the implementation of management system across the organization through continuous assessment of the current system and provide guidance and coordination to all stakeholders. Work towards the implementation of continuous improvement through audits on internal system and suppliers, while also managing the calibration and customer complaint program.
Duties and Responsibilities
Drive the Implementation & maintenance of management systems like ISO 9001:2015 and related activities.
Ensure documentation of all related requirements are defined and implemented as per the ISO 9001:2015 or respective requirement or standard.
Ensure legal compliance with regards to resources, qualifications and skills
Support the implementation of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) as per the required standard and practice.
Engage with all key stakeholders to conduct the necessary activity for system implementation like internal audit, documentation, record keeping.
Ensure system is up-to-date and managed in accordance with ISO9001:2015 requirement be it on manual and IT system.
Train and develop internal auditors that will assess the system capability and implementation.
Engage with Sales and Marketing to get informed and immediately resolve customer complaints.
Assess and identify the root causes of customer complaint and report accordingly.
Conduct market surveys in alignment with Sales and Marketing to understand the conditions and challenges of customers.
Foster an environment that supports an engaged safety and quality culture.
Reported all unsafe conditions, near misses and unsafe behaviors on Enablon as per Wilmar standard.
Develop the calibration program for equipment’s and machines in the factories.
Coordinate with all stakeholders to document the necessary calibration requirement.
Engage with service provider and regulatory body to ensure the needed calibration is done accordingly and all records are maintained.
Ensure the necessary records of calibration is maintained with the service provider logo and seal.
Schedule and follow-up and ensure implementation is done on a periodic manner.
Implement corrective action plans that create long-term solutions to systemic problems.
Work with suppliers to ensure material performance meets company standards.
Conduct follow-up audits, on site and on desk audits as required, and communications to improve compliance by suppliers.
Engaged with relevant regulatory body to understand requirement and ensure business meets the standard.
Gather non-conformance data and document appropriately and communicate with all stakeholders.
Ensure company product registration and marking are done in compliance with the regulation or compulsory standard.
Qualifications:
BSC in applied chemistry/ chemical engineering or other related field of study.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an FMCG industry out of which 1 year as quality control technician or supervisory position.
