 Dugda Construction plc invites you, the qualified candidate, to apply for the following position. 

Main Purpose

Plan and supervise the production and delivery of concrete on daily basis, coordinate the resources of the company and ensure the production going well, work to attain the company production plan, ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service on timely basis.

 Main Responsibility 

• Preparing daily production plan according to Production order by confirming with commercial manager.

• Check the availability and allocate all personnel, material and equipment prior to production and delivery.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly resource requirements (cement, aggregate, sand and other equipment and materials) according to the production plan and capacity.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly production and delivery reports including cost of production and delivery report the plant manager and General Manager.

• Check accessibility and workability of new potential sites and report to the Marketing manager.

• Prepare capacity building programs to the unskilled and skilled labors.

• Organize, lead and monitor the production team during production and delivery.

• Create suitable environment within the production and delivery team to achieve highly efficient production team and resource utilization so as to accomplish company objectives.

• Assure the implementation of efficiency based measuring method.

• Closely monitor the production and delivery process from time to time by patrolling through production and delivery site.

• Identify obstacles and problems during operation and come up with solutions. Communicate the plant manager or other concerned department about strategic and other relevant problems so as to take appropriate measures.

• Administer the contract to meet production and delivery against the terms and conditions stipulated within.

• Execute any given task by the plant manager so as to achieve smooth operation platform in accordance with contract agreement, with minimum possible expenditure and time. 

• Make sure everything is in accordance with concrete delivery order, specification and Contract agreement.

• Monitor optimized utilization of labor Vs Material Vs Equipment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc in civil engineering,  and/or COTM

  • At least 8 plus years of relevant experience in ready mix concrete  and construction industry out of which 3 years on a senior  level experience

  • Knowledge of Ready mix concrete, good understanding of the industry.
