Job Requirements

Qualification 

• MSc / Bsc Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Other related fields.

Experience 

• Minimum of 4/6 years of relevant experience out of which 2/3 years must be in Leader position in similar/related Manufacturing Industries.( Preferable in MDF/Chipwood

Required Skill: -   

• High Level Management Skills

• Excellent communication and inter personal skills required to communicate with internal staff, stakeholders, clients, government officials, etc

• Proficient in basic computer skill (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point ,Auto Cad & Access)   and able to work under minimum supervision and be a team player

Competencies:

• Dynamic, Self- motivated and pro active personality;

• Analytical skills and problem solving capacity, dependable and open minded, passion for long-term company’s and personal growth and development

• High commitment, result oriented, work under pressure and willing of to work beyond normal hours work and weekends;
