Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems and other related systems such as electrical systems, heat pumps, and chillers

• Ensure availability of necessary spare parts for all electro-mechanical systems in store to avoid disruption of operation due to lack of spare parts.

• Assist in preparing specification and conducting technical evaluation for procurement of electro-mechanical goods, spare parts and etc.

• Perform inspection, maintenance, repairs, and installation of air conditioning systems, including Cold rooms, Chiller cooling systems, refrigerators, ice maker machine, Coffee machine, and similar equipment.

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment, diagnose malfunctioning systems to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem,

Job Requirements

Prerequisites:

• Good competence skill in electro mechanical devices, ability to work under pressure when required, ability to anticipate and rapid decision making, team player with good communication skills.

Qualification:

• BSC Degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering ,Electrical Engineering or

• Advanced Diploma in Electricity or Electronics.

Experience

• BSC Degree  and 6 years of hotel experience,

• Advanced Diploma and  at least 10 years of hotel experience,

• Having hospitality experience in International hotel is preferable.
