Job Description
An Account Manager is in charge of making sure each department meets the needs of their clients and customers. They handle customer complaints, find solutions to their issues, and maintain a positive relationship between both parties for future business ventures.
Red Communications is looking for a dedicated and personable account manager.
Create, Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and making sure the client needs and requirements are fulfilled.
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that meet their needs
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
l Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Other Requirements:
Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Open Minded, persuasive and strategic with interpersonal and leadership skills
