Job Description
A construction foreman is responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of crew members. This can involve a wide range of tasks, from training new employees to creating reports for project managers and supervisors.

Job Requirements
Degree holder by engineering
Excellent eye for detail.
Around 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working on construction sites.
Leading crews to complete specific projects.
Overseeing training of new crew members.
Communicating to project managers/supervisors.
Reading plans and specs.
Ensuring quality work and correct practices
Willing to work night shift
