Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist in developing architectural drawings, models, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino. - Prepare conceptual designs and support detailed design development under senior architect supervision - Participate in design reviews and make corrections or revisions as directed - Company senior staff on site inspections to understand construction methods and project progress. - Record observations, take measurements, and assist in preparing site reports

BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, COTM or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure that all contract specifications and guidelines are adhered to at all times during the commencement/construction/hand-over periods of the project. - Ensure that material submittals are issued with the relevant consultants requirements and that the site teams have usable and up to date information. A register must be put in place and maintained at all times. - Ensure that all Method Statements & Risk Assessments are in line with company HSE/QA-QC procedures. This information must also be recorded on a usable platform. Make sure that all compliance statements, testing and commissioning, spares, warranties and delivery period requirements are upheld at all times.
